Dr. Ruba Tabari is an educational psychologist and child wellbeing specialist with over 30 years' experience across the UK and the Middle East, dedicated to advancing the rights, inclusion and wellbeing of children and the families and communities around them. She combines sustained direct clinical practice — supporting more than 1,000 children aged 3 to 19 — with senior strategic leadership, including leading the Wellbeing Office at Abu Dhabi's Department of Education and Knowledge and advising the World Bank Group on child-centred policy design across the MENA region. She brings empathy, cross-cultural fluency and technical rigour to programme and policy design that keeps children's voices, safety and development at the centre, while building the trust and engagement of the parents, teachers and communities who support them.
