This website provides general information about Intercare's services, clinicians and facility. It is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and is not a substitute for an in-person consultation. Always seek the advice of a qualified physician or other health provider with any questions about a medical or developmental condition. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 998 (UAE Ambulance Services) or go to the nearest emergency room.
Appointments can be requested by phone, WhatsApp or through this website's contact form; a booking is confirmed once our team has responded with a date and time. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel — call or WhatsApp us at +971 2 639 0080. Repeated missed appointments without notice may affect our ability to offer you future appointment slots.
Care at Intercare is provided only with your informed consent, or the consent of a parent or legal guardian for a minor patient. Our clinicians will explain the nature of any assessment, therapy or procedure beforehand, and you are free to ask questions, seek a second opinion, or decline treatment at any time.
Your rights and responsibilities as a patient at Intercare are set out in full on our Patient Center page, in line with the UAE’s national Patient’s Rights and Responsibilities Charter. If you are ever unhappy with any aspect of your care, please raise it with our team directly at admin@intercare-health.com or +971 2 639 0080 — our Patient Center page also explains how to take a concern further.
Consultation and treatment fees are communicated to you before your appointment, or on request. We work directly with a number of insurance providers — see our Insurance page for details — but you remain responsible for any portion of a bill not covered by your insurer, including services excluded from your specific policy.
Your medical records are kept confidential and are shared only with your consent, or as required by law or by the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi for regulatory, billing or public-health purposes. You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose, to transmit spam or malicious code, or to attempt to interfere with the site's normal operation.
